 Champions for Educational Empowerment (CHEE) is a group of educational advocates dedicated to building a pipeline for well-informed school board candidates. By utilizing both past and present school board members, along with former candidates as trainers, we focus on equity, innovative governance, and accountability to school communities, voters, and students. Our goal is to cultivate strong leaders who can develop and sustain a robust educational system.

​Our initiative seeks to create equal opportunities for candidates who have lived experiences within the school system. Our leadership team has a strong network of political leaders who are committed to education. They understand the vital role our school systems play in supporting children, youth, and the community, and in shaping our future.
